The 3 phases are:

  1. Awareness : Weighing Habit Change Pros and Cons and Understanding Your Values

  2. Choice: Creating a Habit Change Plan Based On Your Strengths

  3. Execution: Taking Action and Ensuring Successful Habit Change

Research proves that setting goals which align with what you VALUE and fit your lifestyle ensures you can COMMIT TO CHANGE.
