Want to learn more about how to ride smarter not harder?  This workshop will help you get set up for SmartCycling small grou p indoor cycling classes at Live Life Moving.  Price includes the workshop and 1 free class!

What you'll learn: 

  • Proper bike set up to avoid knee and back pain and to increase your power production
  • The correct resistance and colorzones for your personal fitness level
  • Why “going hard” is not always the best workout
  • The Exercise Science behind a SmartCycling workout
