About the event
Meets Mondays and Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm beginning June 12th. You can also add on Indoor Cycling Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 5:30 pm for 3 weeks of consistent fitness training!
Created specifically for new clients and for peopel wanted to kick start getting in shape, this 3 week session will teach you the foundations of the authentic Pilates method, giving you the knowledge and tools to stay strong and mobile for the rest of your life.
In the 3 weeks:
