Change a Habit While Being Yourself! A 4-Week Character Strengths–Based Coaching Experience Most habits fail for one simple reason: they weren’t built for who you actually are. This program helps you stop forcing change through pressure and willpower — and start building habits that align with your strengths, your values, and your real life. Over four weeks, you’ll learn how behavior change actually works, identify where you are in the change cycle, and discover how your top character strengths can support you instead of work against you. You won’t be overloaded with daily assignments. You’ll focus on one meaningful lesson per day — intentionally paced to help you integrate what you’re learning instead of rushing through it. Inside the program, you’ll: • Understand the myth of willpower and why it fails • Learn the Awareness → Choice → Execution change cycle • Identify your top 5 character strengths • Recognize where those strengths already show up in your life • Align your chosen habit with who you are • Design a sustainable version of your habit using tiny shifts • Practice simple mindfulness tools to reduce resistance • Apply these skills to future habits beyond the program You’ll also have access to live integration sessions (Wednesdays at 12pm EST) where we clarify obstacles, normalize resistance, and deepen insight in a contained, supportive space. This is not a motivational program. It’s not discipline training. It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about understanding yourself well enough to build change that lasts. By the end of the four weeks, you won’t just have worked on one habit — you’ll walk away with a repeatable framework for creating aligned change for the rest of your life.
