Challenge your endurance and burn calories with this hour long ride. Using the bike computers, we set a wattage range to ride in…never going to high or too low so you can increase your average watts per hour.

*BEGINNERS CHOICE* A combination of beginner level Pilates mat and tower work and a 25 minute moderate-feel cycle where we focus on essential mental and physical foundations. Focus is on proper breathing, mobility and core strength.

With a strong core comes strong power on the bike. We use the Pilates exercises on the Tower to work on breathing, core control and strength so that you are connected to your ride in a deeper, more powerful way
