Session 1: Goal Setting and Habit Change – 90 minutes
- Establish long term Goals
- Create strategies to overcome obstacles
- Create 4-week program to start creating healthy habits
Session 2: 2 Private Training Sessions – 55 minutes
- Analyze posture and alignment to identify specific goals
- Go through a Pilates equipment training session.
- Customize exercises based on individual needs.
Group and Private Sessions are being run virtually through Zoom conferencing. Contactless, In-Home private sessions available in St. Petersburg, Florida.
