4-Week Healthy Foundation Workshop



A 4-week series designed to help you incorporate meaningful healthy changes in your life.

With the help of certified health coach, Aaron Ellis, you’ll create a customized, progressive plan for creating enjoyable, sustainable healthy habits.  No more frustrations with intimidating and miserable  “Transformation plans” or “starvation diets” or feeling of defeat!


Saturdays January 19 – February 9

Tuesdays, January 15 – February 5
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm


  • Four – 90 minute group sessions incorporating Pilates, meditation and goal setting work.
  • A Workbook for planning, tracking and reflection.
  • Access to LLM Goal Tracker Mobile App
  • One 1-on-1 Follow Up Session (up to 30 minutes) with your coach for personal assistance

What You’ll Get:

1. A Customized Plan for Creating Healthy Habits that Enhance Your Life – At the end of 4 weeks, you will have a realistic habit change plan you can feel excited about. Learn to create healthy habits that have meaning to your life, values and passions. When you know your “Why”, you are more likely to sustain your new healthy habits.

2. Peace of Mind: Learn practical meditation techniques and how to put your crazy thoughts to the side so you can focus on successful healthy habits.

3. Exercises that feel good. Learn the basics of Pilates and improve your breathing, strengthen your posture and core from the inside out. Includes a downloadable video so you can practice at home.


4 Sessions per Workshop

Each session is divided into 3 parts:

1. Essential Pilates Mat Exercises.  Learn the basics of breathing and strengthening in the Pilates Method.  This also helps you prepare for meditation.
2. Practical Meditation Techniques Work on practical mediation techniques that help you focus and put aside negative thinking. This prepares you for part 3:
3. Habit Change Coaching. Through lecture, exploration activities and self-reflection, we create sustainable healthy habits that actually feel good to implement in your life!  We find out where you are in your “Cycle of Change” and give you the right tools to help you create a plan will take you to the next phase.
