Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Live Life Moving® team!

 

For this part of your interview, you will be answering 5 questions and recording on video.

 

When recording your video, please be sure to say the question you are answering at the beginning.

The questions are:

  1. What is it about being a coach at Live Life Moving that excites you?

  2. Who does Live Life Moving Serve?

  3. What are your top 3 strengths and why do those make you a good fit for this role and our team?

  4. Why would you be a better fit for this role than someone else?

  5. On a scale of 1-10, how important would getting this job be for you and why?​

RECORDING TIPS:

Mobile Phone

  1. Click "Start the 5 Question..." button at the bottom of this page

  2. Fill in the Name and Contact information fields

  3. Click Next

  4. You will have 1 page for each question. Click "Upload File" then click "Take Video"

  5. Record your video (you may have to switch to your front camera), being sure to recite the question first

  6. Repeat for each question

  7. The submit button on the last page may be inactive until all videos are uploaded.

Desktop

  1. It may be easier to record the video first, save the files, then click on the button below to upload each file.

  2. Keep this window visible so you can read the questions

  3. Record ONE VIDEO for EACH QUESTION.  When filming, state the question first, then proceed with your answer.  When you finish answering the question, save the video file and be sure to name it "YOURNAMEquestion1", "YOURNAMEquestion2" and so on in a folder you'll remember.

  4. Navigate back to this page and click on the "Start the 5 Question...." button.  Fill out the forms then proceed to upload each video file, being sure to attach it to the correct question number.
