bareFIT Bodyweight Workouts

Classes that use just your body for the workout!  These workouts are ideally done barefoot to help strengthen and stretch the feet, promote good balance and control.

bareFIT HIIT – The High Intensity Interval Workout beginning with core, balance and mobility training and finishing with a 30 minute HIIT circuit style workout.  Great metabolic training helping you increase your fitness levels fast.

bareFIT NO-SWEAT: A moderately paced workout ideal for anyone working on developing basic control and strength in their body.  No experience necessary!

bareFIT CORE/RESTORE – a combination of yoga, Pilates and self massage techniques to restore and replenish your body.  Foam rollers and balls will be used for trigger point release techniques and self myofascial release.
