Get ready for summer in our new Pilates studio! It’s the cutest!

Gain strength, balance and flexibility with the Pilates method.  Learn the basics of using equipment spefically designed by Joseph Pilates to support your body so you can connect with your movement from the Powerhouse (your core!)

4 Weeks – $140

1 Session Per Week

Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm beginning March 25th

Saturdays @ 10:00 am beginning March 29th
